🔁 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal hygiene products, we strictly do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply:

  • 🧴 You received the wrong item, variant, or quantity.
  • 📦 The product arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • 🕐 You contacted us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • 📸 You provided clear photos/videos as proof of the issue.

⚠️ To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

💰 Refund Policy

We only issue refunds in specific cases:

  • The item was out of stock after you placed an order
  • You were charged but the order did not push through
  • A return was approved due to wrong or damaged item

Once approved, refunds will be processed through:

  • GCash or Bank Transfer
  • Within 3–7 business days

🚫 No refunds will be issued for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Skin reactions or sensitivity (as results vary per individual)
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return/refund
  3. Clear photos or videos of the product issue
